Liam is a senior advisor and consultant with a 40+ year track record of turning around poorly performing operations, supply chains and suppliers. His unmatched expertise in applying Lean Principles – without compromise – coupled with the leadership skills necessary to implement them and ensure long term success, has been recognized by major international institutes and journals. Liam started his career in operational roles for General Motors in the UK, and eventually rose to become a Senior Operations Manager, as well as General Manager of Lean Practices for Gillette and Procter & Gamble where he created benchmark sites in Ireland, Europe, USA, India and China. This included a large operation in the USA mid west that he was assigned to prepare for closure but instead led a Lean Transformation Program that within 2 years eliminated China & Mexico as threats and made it the best performing operation in the global organization.

For the last ten years, Liam has provided hands-on consultancy to support global organizations across Europe, Asia and the US. Liam has authored several published articles about transforming manufacturing plants from traditional to “Lean” and is the recipient of several awards, including “best paper” at the Institute of Logistics & Transport Conference in 1997.

He holds a Postgraduate degree in Education and Training from Sheffield University, as well as a diploma in Manufacturing Management and Operations Management from the Irish Management Institute.

Keith has extensive experience as Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain Directors with a number of blue chip organizations: Crown Cork, General Mills, Fairey Group and Morgan Crucible. He later became a successful Senior Consultant with PWC and World Class International.  As an independent consultant, he supported Gillette on a number of their sites in USA, UK, & Ireland; and Hollister Inc. sites in Ireland, India & USA, providing outstanding results where ever he went.

For the past decade he has been supporting LCL on their successful Lean Transformations in Europe, USA & Asia.

He is a Chartered Engineer with a BSc. degree in Engineering.

He is based in London, England.

He has extensive knowledge of IT solutions, in particular, MS-Office & SAP-Business-Objects.

He has worked with international cross-functional Global teams collaborating with colleagues, frequently using remote communication tools. He also supported the deployment of SAP at a number of locations.

His Industrial/Process Engineering and manufacturing business background, together with expert knowledge of MS-Office (XL, Access, PowerPoint) along  with Business-Objects, enable the creation of both ad-hoc and complex solutions, translating data to information on which critical Management decisions are made.

Damien worked initially in Industrial & Process Engineering, and later in a diverse range of management positions. He has been part of the manufacturing transformation that has taken place over the years allowing those companies to survive and thrive in Ireland. This included:  increased automation, cultural changes required to allow for cross functional team activity, and the introduction of the Lean Philosophy & Practices.

In his role with Pfizer, he was supporting plants on a global basis providing innovative solutions including complex planning, capacity and quality issues.

A key attribute is Damien’s ability to understand the business experts and work with them to quickly create solutions directly using standard MS tools,and acting as a bridge to the IT professionals, should a dedicated application or reporting solution be required.

He is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Dalibor began his career in operational and technical roles for global companies SAGEM, Océ, and Mecaplast. He eventually progressed to Operations Manager, as well as, Lean Practices Representative for the Mecaplast site in the Czech Republic.

He was a member of two international OPEX teams trained by the famed Michael Balle in the implementation of Lean Practices. He also spent time in Japan studying and working for a global supplier to Toyota.

For the past twelve years, Dalibor has provided hands on support to global and local organizations across Eastern Europe. He has also supported LCL on successful projects in Europe.

He studied Production Systems & Robotics and holds a degree from the University of Žilina (Slovakia).

Dalibor is a native of Slovakia and is based there.

He was a Key member of the team who led Lean Transformation at the Oral B Plant located in Iowa City in the early 2000. This Oral B Plant was threatened with closure. Within two (2) years they made it the best plant in the wider organization, eliminating China and Mexico as threats. The Oral B Plant, Iowa City still thrives today.

Ken is completely familiar with the Lean Toolbox: 5S/6S, OEE, AM, SMED, PM, Kanban, Kaizen & VSM

He was the Site Leader for PG’s Integrated Work System for four (4) Years leading the site through training, development and implementation through two (2) of the four (4) phases.
